Be it pollution ,stress or examination tension,you have enough reason to be worried about your appearance.the remedy is that you can sit in a home and relax.but this is not possible for working professionals. some all known and easy advice is with slice of cucunber placed over the eyelids,or massaging the eyes with few drops of coconut oil.most people doze off especially while studying.due to night study there eyes become puffy,and if it continues will defnitely lead to big problem.
so to keep it good and safe and also to appear with sparkling eyes,we should always
- eat healthy
- should drink a plenty of water
- always have a user friendly make up
- have a goodand deep sleep
