Food
hi friends, here i request you to go for a healthy food. even small quantity ,take quality food .always before any meal consume a soup or fruits.then consume food. take care of edible oil use.limited oily food and fried food is always good. occassionaly take these foods. but any boiled food (in stream)is always good to health.take fruits and juices which nurishes your health.
