Spinning

Hi to all my friends! This is about spinning in aerobics. Spinning is a very good exercise. At the same time spinning on a bike is said to be one of the most effective among all. This exercise will burn a lot of calories. Have a doctor’s advice before starting with this exercise if you have any health problem.
