COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION

There are many reasons that people get into trouble. the major reason is that this is because of this lack of coordination and communication.A person if want to become one among the flaring ones ,then the factors coordination and communication is very important.while considering these both in some official places like office etc,then communication should be done in some formal way.this formal way of communication is through, "meetings,writings,presentation of papers",etc..for the purpose of meeting we need coordination.because if there are ten members in a team, then all the ten should support for the same idea or thought whatever it may be.if they follow this type of actions inside a team ,then they can see the success easily.we should note that the informal communication is mare personal.this type of communication cannot and should not be used for organizational that is in official places.
