TO OVERCOME OFFICE FATIGUE

In olden days life doesn't have that much stress because there was a standard working time that was acceptable.There holds a traditional way of working. That mean we have to work in the office environment within a certain limit of time if there was any work rest in the job to complete and if the time got expired then we have to close the work and have to complete that work through the next day.If they allot a period(month) for the task, then it is also quite enough to complete the task.So most probably there was no stress no tension etc found, and they held a stress free life happily.
But now it got just reversed.People doesn't found time to look over their child or parents or whoever it may be.Most of them spend a major part of our lifetime at work.If they are an agriculturist or a forester ,this is mostly a sedentary activity and there found enough time.
But after the computer got raising its head all things become worse. the value of time is also understood by everyone.
So to overcome the effects caused by this we should just relax ourself.Because, sitting in front of the screen leads to fatigue.so to beat it we can sit straightly in the good posture,having a good refreshment,having a short break,stretching our body now and then.By doing so we can feel the freshness in our colorful life.
