IMAGE ENHANCEMENT TECHNIQUES

Low sensitivity of the detectors,weak signal of the object present on the earth surface,similar reflectance of different objects,environment conditions are the major cause of low contrast of the image.Human eye is also poor at discriminating the slight radiometric or spectral differences that produce a problem in the future.The main aim of this enhancement is to amplify the difference for better quality of the image.It also increases the contrast and the features of the object.The quality of the image can also be improved in the tremendous way by applying this technique to the images.If these techniques are applied to the image then it will catch everyone.
